In order to make better use of the OPEN BALKANS initiative, the main goal of the Opportunity4You project is to improve the mechanisms to support the employability and mobility of the workforce in the cross-border area of Serbia and North Macedonia. The same is achieved by:

Increased capacities of the public and private sector to implement programs for employability

Protocol for cooperation
with municipalities and other actors for the development of cross-border cooperation networks signed at a cross-border networking conference in Skopje
Opportunity4You
Platform for visibility of open jobs, internships and volunteering opportunities in the cross-border area
Information Portal
with information and interactive content and tools on economic trends and legal frameworks and contributions in the cross-border area
Program
for career development and internship for young people and enterprises in the cross-border area.
Increased capacities of the public and private sector to implement programs for employability
Study Visit
of 40 municipal representatives from Serbia and North Macedonia to the cross-border area between Slovenia and Italy for the transfer of experiences in implementing employment programs
Trainings
for the systematic creation of internship programs and the systematic introduction of labor retraining
Mentoring Support
Mentoring support to 10 enterprises (vet centers) for the introduction of training for retraining
