First Crossborder Job Fair, Leskovac

The project "OPPORTUNITY4YOU" (No:48-00-00164/2021-28-3) within the IPA II Cross-Border Cooperation Programme of Serbia and North Macedonia 2016-2020 (hereinafter: Project) is a joint initiative of the Centre for Knowledge Management Skopje, the Centre for Development of Skopje Planning Region, North Macedonia, the Centre for the Development of Jablanica and Pcinja districts Leskovac, and Municipality of Vlasotince, Serbia (hereinafter: Project partners). This project is co-financed by the European Union. The project contributes to improving mechanisms for supporting employability and labor mobility, encourages the introduction of new approaches and cooperation between the public and private sectors, and contributes to increasing the capacities and competencies of the public and private sectors for the implementation of employment programs.

In this sense, the project partners organize the two days event "OPPORTUNITY4YOU Days".

This is the final event of the project, where cross-border cooperation will be promoted, the results of the project will be presented, and young people, women and unemployed people from the cross-border region will be given the opportunity to get in touch with cross-border employers at the employment fair that is an integral part of the event.

"OPPORTUNITY4YOU DAYS"will be held on August 27 and 28, 2024, in the premises of the Bavka Hotel, Gornji Bunibrod 16221 Leskovac. The Centre for the Development of Jablanica and Pčinja Districts invites all interested parties to participate in this event. The target groups:

• LSGs , SMEs, Women Owned or Operated Enterprises, Formal and Informal education institutions, CSOs, Crafts, agriculture, business associations , Unemployed persons  and Students from cross border region

Participants:

• 50 Young and unemployed people from Serbia-North Macedonia cross-border area (25 from Serbia + 25 from North Macedonia).
• 50 Representatives of LSGs, SMEs, Women Owned or Operated Enterprises, Formal and Informal education institutions, CSOs, Crafts, agriculture, business associations from Serbia-North Macedonia cross-border area (25 from Serbia + 25 from North Macedonia).
• 7 members of the project management team, 1 moderator and 1 interpreter.

Travel for the event: The transportation of participants from North Macedonia is covered by project.

Accommodations for participants in the events: Accommodation for 54 Macedonian participants at event provided by the Co-beneficiary 2 on bed and breakfast base.

Catering (coffee, refreshments, lunch, and dinner): For all participants of the workshop refreshments, coffee breaks and catering were provided without compensation. Only non-alcoholic drinks shall be provided. Catering and refreshments is provided by the Centre for Development of Jablanica and Pcinja districts, from the Project budget.

Participation fee: Participation is free for all invited participants. The Project Budget does not cover per diems and other related personal expenses of event participants.

Privacy Policy: The purpose of the collection and processing of your personal data is to register interested persons to the events/meetings. The personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Relevant Serbian/North Macedonian Laws on Data Protection. Data Protection Notice is an annex to the event.
