CENTER FOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
The Center for Knowledge Management is a research center established in 2008, with the aim of strengthening and improving knowledge management processes in all social areas in the Republic of Macedonia and the SEE region. The center covers a wide range of activities that is implemented in cooperation with the civil sector, state institutions and the business community. The vision of the Center is to grow into an active participant in the institutional and economic development of the country and the region.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The general objective of the project is to improve the mechanisms to support the employability and mobility of the labor force in the cross-border area.
Specific objective of the project are
SO1: Introduce new approaches and cooperation between the public and private sectors in order to support the employability and mobility of the labor force in the cross-border area.
SO2: Increasing the capacities and competences of the public and private sectors to implement employability programs
TARGET GROUPS OF THE PROJECT
The target groups, groups directly involved in the project activities are:
- Local self-government units;
- Small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprises owned or managed by women;
- Formal and informal educational institutions;
- Civil organizations, craftsmen, farmers, business associations;
- Unemployed persons, employed persons, students, inactive population.
GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE
North Macedonia:
- from the Skopje region the municipalities of Arachinovo, Čučer Sandevo, Ilinden, Petrovec, Sopište, Studeničani, Zelenikovo and the municipalities of Butel, Gjorce Petrov and Saraj from the City of Skopje) and
- from the North-East region, the municipalities of Kratovo, Lipkovo, Kumanovo, Staro Nagoricane, Rankovce and Kriva Palanka
Serbia:
- from the area of Jablanica including the town of Leskovac and the municipalities of Bojnik, Lebane, Medvedja, Vlasotince and Crna Trava; and
- from Pcinja district including the City of Vranje with two city municipalities: Vranje and Vranjska Banja and the municipalities of Vladicin Han, Surdulica, Bosilegrad, Trgovište, Bujanovac and Preševo
