CAREER BOOTCAMP!
The Center for Knowledge Management together with the Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region, the Center for Development of Jablaničkog and Pčinjskog District, Vlasotince Municipality organizes a Bootcamp for Growth for Youth which will be held from February 23-26 in the cross-border region of North Macedonia.
The main goal of the camp is to help young people from the cross-border region to develop their work and entrepreneurial skills and to recognize opportunities for professional and career GROWTH.
What will you learn?
Through good advice and guidance in 4 days you will learn how to develop your personal and professional skills, your career, how to stand out in the crowd, how to get the desired job and much more. You will also make lasting friendships with other talented young people like you.
But most of all - it will be fun, interesting and useful!

Conditions for participation in the camp are:1) age between 16-29 years; 2) a resident of one of the 29 municipalities that make up the cross-border region Serbia-North Macedonia.
Participation is free for all invited participants. The project budget covers the costs of transportation, accommodation and food.

The project, co-financed by the EU, is a joint initiative of the Center for Knowledge Management, North Macedonia, the Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region - North Macedonia, the Center for Development of Jablanic and Pcinj Districts of Leskovac, Serbia, and the Municipality of Vlasotince, Serbia. Our focus is on strengthening mechanisms to support employment and workforce mobility in the border region between Serbia and North Macedonia. By introducing innovative approaches and encouraging cross-border partnerships, we aim to increase the employability and mobility of the workforce, increasing the capacities and competencies of both sectors in employment programs.
